The bar food in this Bar is quite nice and they always full with students during lunch hour.

Seriously, I have to admit that Andy is a GOOD cook and I am impressed by his cook. I wish I could find “one” to cook for me and of course it has to be taste good. HAHA

I didn’t expect to eat seafood here as I have been told that the seafood here quite expensive. But yeah, I felt so lucky to have the opportunity to have so much seafood in one just one night. YAY!!

My first Lantern Festival in UK!

It was sunday and is the day which the chinese people have their Lantern Festival.
I chatted with my mom once I woke up because their time over there is around afternoon so she was kinda busy preparing for the prayers stuff.
I was pretty exciting for this trip because I never thought that I can have a short trip to Gosport so early. I thought I have to wait till my next holiday only I get to travel here and there.
Gosport is just another side of Portsmouth which I got to take a short trip of ferry to cross over there. It had to take around 5 to 10 minutes to the opposite side.

We finally reached to the Destination after 10 minutes of wait at the Port.

Jessie and her husband picked us up when we get there.
He brought us and go around the city. And then we decided to play Crazy Golf which is located near by the seaside. It sounds fun to me!
It was my very first time to play golf and I got the feeling of “Elliza play golf???”

After Crazy Golf, we head on to Jessie’s House to have dinner with her family.
The dinner was nice and get to know a lot of things from them.
After that, we peeled out the fruit we bought from Chinese Store to let em try .
Seriously, I never peel off this fruit into pieces before cuz my sister did it for me all this while. So this time is my turn to serve em back.

They already bought steamboat ingredients and the soup is already cook when we reached there.
Had a few chats with their family
Me and SK asked to borrow a laptop from her cousin sister because we wanted to online and chat with Jacqueline and the MOST important thing is to wish EDMUND, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Coincident he gets to online at his working area and seriously his working area sucks! hahaha..
IT’s TIME to celebrate the LANTERN FESTIVAL!
We light up all the lanterns which Jessie brought all the way from Malaysia.
I know is nice!
And they also bought some firecrackers from store.
Meaning we gonna have a fireworks to watch tonight.
Malaysia sells this firecrackers illegally but here, you can find this everywhere and it’s LEGAL!
After finished watching the fireworks, of course we have to eat MOONCAKE which also brought from Malaysia.
I cant see any of mooncake in UK so I guess they doesnt sell it here.
We tried few different kind of flavor.

*They do like the taste and they said its something like pudding.
After that, we still have dessert which in chinese they call it “Tong Shui”
Oh yeah! I almost forgot. They have two cats. One female and the other one is male.

Too bad I cant take a picture of the other cat because she was too shy to take picture and ran away.
p/s: If Edmund sees this, I bet he gonna love him so much. hahah
After that, we headed back to Southsea and reached home around 2330.

4th day of uni
Today I do not have any class and I’m FREE!!!
The Freshers’ Fayre still on for today but I didn’t go as I went yesterday already.
So, I planned to go shopping at the Commercial Road today by myself as SK and Cing were hanging out with their cousin sister.
I do felt lonely actually as I never been to shopping by myself before because I always have my babe to accompany me.
I dislike it a lot this kind of feeling!!

I bought one clothes from H&M which is knitwear.
There are a lot of different colour but I chose purple as I love purple A LOT!!
After that, I went to Primark and buy myself a Throw.
Throw is something like a blanket which is made from 100% Polyster.
And guess what ?!
Its purple too!! hahaha…
I know im crazy in love in purple as always.
After that, I walked back alone which is I felt lonely again. =(

*Seriously I think the class for today is way too boring for me. I was trying to concentrate but I mind wasn’t there to listen. XD*
Anyway, me and SK went to the Nuffield Sports Centre to register instead of going to the Richmond Atrium. We waited for almost 1 and a half hour to get our turn. I was a little bit impatience but I have to get this done no matter what. I did not want to drag it to next day again. After registration, we went to the first floor to get our campus card. We were informed that our campus card wasn’t ready yet so we have to take picture again. I saw quite a long que over there so me and SK decided to go home and do the campus card tomorrow.

1st Day
This week is my Induction week as they are going to mix the international students with the local students.
This morning I had Oats again with milk.
The class will be start at 1200, so I’ve got plenty of time to get ready and Im able to chat with my mom before I leave to Uni.
Had a briefing about this week’s activities and after that we’ve got one hour break.

SK had a voucher which she can have a set of sandwich for 1.99 Pound so I have to buy a set of sandwich for 2.99 Pound because I do not have a voucher.
SK had to pay 2.45 Pound for no reason because she doesn’t understand what the waiter was saying and mine was 2.20 Pound. The price they gave in the menu is different from the one we paid. Mine one was suppose to be more expensive than SK’s but turn out hers

Today I got to meet with my classmates as they are already gave us a list of which class we are going to.
I was surprised that me and SK are in the same class so I guess both of us have to stick together no matter what. XD
Some of my classmates were being friendly while some of them were just keep quiet but that’s okay. Will get to know them better in future.
Our personal tutor asked us to form a group and design one structure with straws.
My group did a house with two small windows while SK’s group did the some kind of nest with a person sitting in it and the other one will be a tall tower with an aliens legs.
So, the tutor voted that my group won for this house structure! YAY!! Good Job guys!

The Road was already busy when we got there.
There are a lot of restaurants , bars and boutique along the road.

First Saturday at Portsmouth
I keep on wondering why I always will wake up at 0730 by myself. I wasn’t like that when I was in Malaysia. hmmm…
I did not go out today as I just stay at home and to do some cleaning in my room.
The weather for today is fine. Not too cold nor too hot.
Cing who is SK’s sister will be cooking for tonight.
I helped her to massage the pork because it will be tough when it cook so have to give some massage to it.
*I treat the pork so good even though I don’t eat them*
